چکیده
Abstract Transcription activator-like effectors (TALEs) are proteins produced by plant pathogenic Xanthomonas spp. TALEs exhibit a conserved structure and have the ability to directly bind promoter region of host target genes where they activate transcription. in oryzae pv. ( Xoo ), causal agent bacterial blight (BB) rice, play important roles triggering resistance (ETI) susceptibility (ETS) for rice immunity. This review briefly describes breeding China, TALE properties their roles, BB R ) S arms-race between TALE-targets, strategies disease-resistant crops. A systematic overview complex presented along with ongoing efforts breed crops durable broad-spectrum bacterium.

The genome sequence of Xanthomonas oryzae pathovar oryzae KACC10331, the bacterial blight pathogen of rice
The nucleotide sequence was determined for the genome of Xanthomonas oryzae pathovar oryzae (Xoo) KACC10331, a bacterium that causes bacterial blight in rice (Oryza sativa L.). The genome is comprised of a single, 4 941 439 bp, circular chromosome that is G + C rich (63.7%). The genome includes 4637 open reading frames (ORFs) of which 3340 (72.0%) could be assigned putative function. Orthologs ...
متن کاملStudy of Biochemical and Molecular Changes of Iranian Rice Cultivars in Interaction with Bacterial Pathogen Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae Causes Leaf Blight Disease
Rice bacterial blight caused by Xanthamonos oryzae pv. oryzae is one of the most destructive bacterial diseases of rice in some areas of rice cultivation in the world, especially in the tropics of Asia. The low efficiency of disease management methods, especially chemical methods, has led to more research on recognizing resistant cultivars and understanding resistance mechanisms through the stu...

to investigation of pathogenisity and genotype diversity of xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (xoo) caused rice bacterial blight, several samples were collected from paddy field of rice in rasht-sangar, soumeh sara, rezvan shahr, daboudasht amol and rice-institute-research guilan during the summer of 2012, from plants that showed blight and yellowing in their leaves. bacterial isolates were identif...
متن کاملAbscisic Acid Promotes Susceptibility to the Rice Leaf Blight Pathogen Xanthomonas oryzae pv oryzae by Suppressing Salicylic Acid-Mediated Defenses
The plant hormone abscisic acid (ABA) is involved in a wide variety of plant processes, including the initiation of stress-adaptive responses to various environmental cues. Recently, ABA also emerged as a central factor in the regulation and integration of plant immune responses, although little is known about the underlying mechanisms. Aiming to advance our understanding of ABA-modulated disea...
